This charming 1920's Arts & Crafts Home had seen better days but the inhabitants wanted to preserve it's warm character whilst improving its appearance and layout.
Erincastle Designer; Steven Tyler visited the house and suggested extending forward and installing folding windows to take advantage of the beautiful elevated views of the Sussex Weld, whilst using the new roof space as a terrace.
The results are quite simply - stunning.
The owners of this house wanted to add more space and improve its exterior.
After an Erincastle Design Consultation, the front garden was improved, the front door and windows were restored to their original design and an extra floor was added to accommodate a new luxury Master en suite.
