The owners of this 1960's house in Surrey wanted to give the dated exterior a fresh homely and welcoming make over.
The odd looking 'eyebrow' dormers were replaced with more traditional dormer designs, and the bland 60's windows were replaced with beautiful oak framed windows.
The roof was re-tiled using clay roof tiles.

The owners of this house loved it's upmarket location in London's 'Stockbroker Belt' but wished to spruce up it's tired appearance without breaking the bank.

The front door and garage doors were replaced with modern hardwood alternatives. And stone cladding to give a more natural effect to the house, nodding to its greenbelt countryside location.
The location of this house 'sealed the deal' for the buyers however they were never able to get their heads around the fact they had bought an unremarkable modern house.
After an Erincastle Design Consultation they ended up with the Edwardian Farmhouse they had always dreamed of.

The outside appearance of this 1970's house was beginning to look dated and the owners wished to create a more modern looking house that stood out from the rest.
The cheap looking 1970's bricks were covered with crisp white render and modern state-of-the-art climate control windows installed to achieve the overall clean modern living they were looking for.
This imposing Victorian terraced house in West London was tired and drab in appearance.
The owner was considering painting the brickwork white to brighten it up. Erincastle Designer; Steven Tyler visited the house and suggested having the bricks cleaned instead; revealing the vibrant yellow and red patterns previously hidden under years of soot and pollution.
In the front garden the tarred steps and pathway were replaced with elegant victorian styled tiles.
A new front door with frosted glass to allow natural light into the hallway whilst retaining privacy and a stained glass feature above, complete the grand Victorian look.
